This site does not use advertising analytics or email-open tracking. When you request the public sample download, we record a generated request ID, timestamp, referring host, and broad browser family so we can count genuine downloads. This event does not store your IP address or require your name or email.
A short-lived first-party cookie prevents the same browser from creating repeated sample-download notifications for six hours. It is used only for that deduplication purpose.
If you email us, we receive your message and the reply-to address you use. We use it only to answer your request, send the sample or purchased pack, and manage the commercial relationship. We do not sell, rent, or share your business contact details with third parties for their marketing.
The pack contains business contact channels published by official public sources such as the NMPA UDI database. It does not contain private phone numbers, home addresses, or personal profiles.
You may ask us at any time to stop contacting you or to delete your message and related records. We honour unsubscribe requests immediately and retain a minimal suppression record so we do not contact you again.
